Title Fronics and Amore sign exclusive contract with ‘MicroLED Mask’

Fronics, a subsidiary of iWin, won an exclusive contract for micro LED masks from Amore.

Fronics announced on January 2, 2024 that it had signed a contract to exclusively supply surface-emitting micro LED masks to Amore for the next two years. The supply scale is approximately 20 billion won.

Fronics Micro LED Mask is manufactured in a surface-emitting form and is characterized by maximizing skin regeneration and whitening effects compared to competing products.

Existing LED mask products used mini LEDs belonging to liquid crystal display (LCD) panels, making it impossible to implement surface light emission. There was a problem that a sufficient amount of light could not reach the dermal layer because it could not adhere to the skin.

On the other hand, the company explains that this new product uses 3,770 micro LEDs to achieve perfect surface illumination and can be flexibly adhered to the skin.

Kim Ki-soo, CEO of Fronics, said, “We plan to actively enter the 76 trillion won beauty device market, starting with sales of at least 20 billion won over the next two years,” adding, “We will launch products for the scalp in the second half of the year and products for the neck and hands next year.” “I plan to do it,” he said.
